Small Batch French Macarons

This recipe will make a small batch of approximately 10 French Macarons and is for the shells only. Fill with your favourite buttercream or citrus curd.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 17g Caster Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • 67g icing sugar
  • 40g almond flour
  • Gel food colour of your choice
