List and sell your items with the High Tea Honeys Re-Loved programme. Here's how it works:
General Requirements
Items must at least be in good condition. No cracks, no chips, minimal crazing and minimal scuffing.
Photographs must be supplied high resolution, well-lit and with a plain coloured background. TIP: Use a modern smartphone to take a photo of the item sitting on a plain coloured ironed sheet over a chair in front of a well-lit window.
You must have the goods in your possession to be able to sell them through the High Tea Honeys Re-Loved Programme.
You must have the capacity to make contact with the purchaser within 48 hours from confirmation of a sale.
When listings are published and how long for
All approved and paid listings received prior to 5pm each Friday will be published to the website by 8pm Sunday.
All listings are available for purchase on the website for 8 weeks from published date.
Item pricing and how you get paid
You determine a fixed sell price. This is not an auction service. Once the item listing is live, the price as nominated in the submission form will remain for the 8 week period of the campaign.
You will be notified via email when your item sells via the Re-Loved Programme.
You will be prompted to supply your bank account details (name and number) through the checkout process when listing.
Funds will be deposited to you, the seller within 48 hours of receipt of funds by the purchaser less the Re-Loved programme service fees as outlined below.
The Re-Loved programme service fees
Two fees apply, a Listing Fee and a Selling Fee.
Listing Fee: Choose a Standard Listing for a fee of $1 or Choose a Premium Listing for a fee of $4. The listing fee is to be paid upfront upon listing submisson by Credit Card, Paypal or internet banking and applies regardless of whether your item sells or not.
Standard listing includes website product listing only for 8 weeks.
Premium Listing includes website product listing for 8 weeks, prominent position on the Pre-Loved sales page and a highlighted item feature in a fortnightly email to the High Tea Honeys Buy & Sell email list.
Selling Fee: The minimum sell fee is $1 or 5.4% of the sell price, whichever is greater. This fee will be deducted by High Tea Honeys from the funds received by the purchaser, before returning the remaining to you, the seller and only applies upon the successful sale of your item.
